Scitec Nutrition COG is a consciously formulated product that combines the best-known active ingredients of modern dietary supplementation and herbal medicine. The formula is based on supporting mental alertness** and cellular defense*.

The main physiological effects of the preparation:

• Mental focus and alertness: The 80 mg of caffeine (from caffeine anhydrous and green tea extract) in the daily dose is scientifically proven to help increase alertness and improve concentration.**
• Antioxidant cell protection: The product provides a complete daily requirement of vitamin E (12 mg), which contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
• Adaptogen and herbal support: The formula contains Korean ginseng, known from traditional use, Rhodiola rosea and Ginkgo biloba extract (with standardized flavone glycoside content).
• Special ingredients: The preparation contains Cognizin^® citicoline, which is a patented, researched form of citicoline, and Coenzyme Q10, which is a natural participant in the energy production processes of cells.***

Dosage recommendation

Take 2x1 capsule daily with meals, with a glass of water.

Warnings

Contains caffeine (80 mg/day). Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those sensitive to caffeine. Daily intake of EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate) should not exceed 800 mg; do not consume on the same day as other green tea products. Do not take on an empty stomach or before bedtime. This dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
