Our Omega-3 capsules, containing two „good”, unsaturated fatty acids – EPA and DHA - allow that you get the scientifically suggested amounts of essential fatty acids easily!

DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision*. The beneficial effects are obtained with a daily
intake of 250 mg of DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart*. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Our formula contains 150 mg DHA and 210 mg EPA per capsule! Daily two capsules provide the required quantity of ingredients.

Directions

Take 1 softgel capsule two times a day with meals.
