Directions for Use

Legend is best to taken as a single dose, either 1-2 caps upon waking or 3 hours prior to training. Do not exceed recommended amount or take longer than 4 continuous weeks without an 8 week period off.

Great service!

Ordered 2 x LGD capsules, they arrived the next day, love that you can pay through amazon. My only issue was the protective seal on the internal wasn't there, they come with two and the external seal was intact. I initially thought it didn't have two seals however I also purchased Mk 667 as well and that came with two seals. I cant give you a review on the product as I've only been using it for around 2 weeks however I would definitely recommend the website.

Thank you for your kind review., we are pleased that you are liking our new payment options. With regards to the 2 x LGD have you checked inside the cap? Often the seals can come off as soon as you turn the cap and end up stuck inside hence the extra security of an outside seal. If the inside seal is in fact missing this would happen during the potting process and is nothing to to with us at OHS however I will pass your comments on to the brand owner at TWP.
