Direction for use:

As a food supplement mix 1 scoop (5g) in 300ml of chilled water or fruit beverage of choice. Shake vigorously or stir for 30 seconds. CREATINE LOADING PHASE Use one serving 3-4 times daily for initial 5 days. Total 15g-20g daily. MAINTAINANCE PHASE Continue use as one scoop (5g) per day as required for a maximum of 4 continuous weeks. For best results use pre or post exercise.
